First established in 2006, RSD has seen steady growth in the full-service commercial real estate space in Anchorage, Alaska. Our expansion includes our clean, modern, well-run office spaces and residential properties in the highly desirable Downtown, Midtown and U-MED neighborhoods.
To meet the changing needs of business owners, we opened Cowork by RSD in 2021. Our innovative, high-tech, award-winning coworking space features no-commitment monthly private office spaces, large common areas with hot desks, conference rooms and event spaces. Thanks to our overwhelming success, we launched our expansion space, Cowork by RSD 921 Annex, in March of 2023.

Building Manager—Tamra Rupe
A lifelong Alaskan, Tamra has been a commercial building manager since 2006, starting with just one 21,000 sq. ft. building and six tenants. She currently manages 11 buildings totaling 127,000+ sq. ft., serving more than 60 tenants. Tamra brings her education in accounting, real estate management and mortgage lending to provide timely, professional service to RSD’s tenants.
Head of Maintenance—Ed Ledoux
Ed Ledoux has worked in construction and maintenance since 2012. He has been RSD’s Head of Maintenance since June 2018. Ed and his team receive consistently high marks from our office space tenants for the quality and timeliness of their work.

Cowork by RSD and 921 Annex General Manager—Marnie Kaler
Marnie has been Cowork by RSD’s General Manager since 2021, adding duties from our 921 Annex in 2023. She has a strong background in community building and a passion for helping Anchorage businesses thrive. Her experience has helped numerous business owners find the right space or membership to fit their needs. Marnie puts her strong networking skills to use when helping connect business owners and creating successful non-profit fundraising events at our coworking spaces.
They have an excellent and well-trained team of individuals who manage, maintain and improve their buildings, and their pride of ownership in each of the facilities is self-evident. Ms. Tamra Rupe, RSD LLC Building Manager, makes herself and her team readily available to meet the needs of RSD tenants, and they quickly and efficiently accommodate any reasonable request. These folks are consistently upgrading and improving their properties and their janitorial staff does an excellent job of cleaning the tenant offices while being circumspect about tenant privacy and property.
